CAQH Registration is the lighter version of CAQH Credentialing Services. You get a fully built CAQH ProView profile — every field, every document — and from there you maintain it yourself. We don’t manage the 120-day attestation cycle, we don’t refresh expiring documents. Some physicians want that, especially solo practitioners with stable document sets. Most don’t, but the option exists.
What’s included
- CAQH ProView account creation (or transfer from self-managed).
- Full profile build — practice information, education, work history, malpractice history, board certifications, hospital affiliations, references.
- Document upload — license, DEA, COI, board certificates, government ID.
- Initial attestation — we attest the profile is complete and accurate before handoff.
- Brief handoff training — 30-minute call walking you through where to attest, what to update, and when.
What’s not included: the 120-day re-attestation, document refresh, lapsed-attestation rescue work. If you want that, switch to the full CAQH Credentialing Services engagement.
