TODO(per-client): the About page is the credibility-and-character page. Bootstrap-from-intake fills in the first two paragraphs from the intake’s business description. The lifecycle agent (Workstream F) drafts the rest after Phase 1 conversation captures founder background, year founded, team size, and what the business isn’t.

What we do

TODO(per-client): one-paragraph statement of what the business does, who for, and what outcome the customer gets. Sourced from 01-strategic-foundation.md §1.

Why we do it

TODO(per-client): one-paragraph origin story. What problem the founder saw, what they tried, why they thought their angle was different. Keep it specific and dated — “in 2019 we noticed X” beats “we’ve always been passionate about Y.”

Who we are

TODO(per-client): two to four sentences. Team size, geographic location, the specific skill or experience that qualifies the team. Photos and bios live in a separate component (Team.astro) that the Phase 3b design pass wires in.

How we work

TODO(per-client): two to four sentences. The actual operating cadence — discovery → quote → build → handoff, or whatever your shape is. Tied to 01-strategic-foundation.md §4 (conversion model).

What we won’t do

TODO(per-client): one to three sentences. The disqualifiers. Helps qualified buyers self-select in. Most agencies skip this section; it’s the highest-converting one when written specifically.
